I ordered for my adult son who has fought depression since puberty. I reordered for him because he told me that he feels like they are helping somewhat, but can't explain how? He's tried several antidepressants and never stayed on them because of the side affects. He did quit drinking for the first time in his adult life, so I can't help but think these pills might have helped with that!! And must not give him the bad side affects prescriptions have done because he said he would continue to take these. And he's not a person who takes things unless they actually help him.
I am SO glad that I randomly decided to try this product and even ordered it from a social media ad which I don't ever do. So much better than caffeine!

I was on the fence after my first bottle. I was only taking 1 capsule per day. I decided to go for it, got a 2nd bottle and started taking 2 capsule per day. It is n't life changing for me, but it does seem to be helping my focus a bit. I'll continue to play with the dosage and see what happens.
I love this product. I've been looking for something to help me get out of bed for the last year. I've ordered so many products that claimed to be what I needed but failed horribly. I was done trying. I came across this ad & the reviews seemed to all point to this product being different, So I gave it a try. Day 1 I felt so alive! While it hasn't been that extreme again, it definitely has given me the motivation to be part of the world again. For anyone that has struggled with staying sober I highly recommend giving this a try.
My husband and I each take 2 capsules a day. We have been using it for 10 days now and my husband says his joints font ache as bad a they did and his mood seems more steady, but we will see after a couple more weeks! He just finished the last of his Effexor that he was going off of, so hopefully this gives him what he needs to relax his moodiness and anxiety. He has Lyme disease so he has been getting more pain in his joints but this seems to help the constant pain. I dont really feel much different, it doesnt seem to give me more energy or help with my sleep but like i said, we will finish the second bottle we are on now and see if we will reorder.

I am 67 and this product was my last gasp. I was drinking 2-3 coffee energy drinks just to get through the day. If I didn't, I was tired, crabby and my brain suffered from dense fog. Really enjoy Grind to start my day! Helps wake me up and puts me in a good mood for work! I also really enjoy it before my golf rounds, because it helps me focus in and fight fatigue going into the back 9! Overall pretty good stuff and I enjoy it!
